Our Standard terms and conditions will apply to all rental contracts:
- Rental application to be completed in full.
- Rentals only available to companies that are registered with CIPRO.
- Companies to be operational for 3 years and longer to qualify for rental.
- All payments including transport to site and back to be made prior to delivery.
- Rental agreements to be signed by an authorized person.
- Containers may not be modified in any way without written consent from Ace Container Services (Pty) Ltd and remain the property of Ace Container Services (Pty) Ltd.
- Ace Container Services (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to uplift the containers at any time should the account be in arrears.
